Rosie is the Head of Research, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning at Rethink Ireland.
Rosie previously worked across several our philanthropic funds before stepping up to manage our new monitoring, evaluation & learning unit in 2020. Rosie measures & manages our organisational social impact, drives impact thinking internally and co-delivers our workshops on impact measurement, theory of change etc.
Previous to joining us in 2019, Rosie completed a PhD in Refugee Integration, where she researched the life trajectories, housing situations and psychological wellbeing of refugees in Cork. She has previously taught Human Geography undergraduates in both classroom and international fieldwork settings at University College Cork and holds a Master’s Degree in Environment, Society and Development from NUI Galway.
Originally from London by way of Limerick, Rosie is now an adopted Corkonian and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking vegetarian food from around the world.
