Ebru is Finance & HR Director at Rethink Ireland.

Ebru has over 20 years of experience across finance, people and organizational leadership, having worked in senior roles across a range of sectors and international organizations. Her career began in audit and consulting before moving into finance leadership, where she gained extensive experience across financial planning, strategy, transformation and business operations.

Over the years, Ebru’s career has increasingly brought together the financial and people sides of organizations. Most recently, she held a global people strategy leadership role, combining her finance background with a strong interest in organizational development, culture and helping people and organizations perform at their best.

Originally from Ankara, Ebru moved to Dublin with her family in 2023. She holds an MBA from Bayes Business School in London and is passionate about purposeful leadership and using her experience to contribute to positive social impact.

Outside work, Ebru enjoys staying active through strength training, tennis and long walks, as well as travelling and exploring new ideas and different perspectives. She is also an active volunteer in her local school community.
