Caitlin is our Senior Business Development Executive at Rethink Ireland. 

Caitlin is driven by the belief that bold investment in innovation can spark powerful, lasting solutions to social issues —an ethos she brings to her work in philanthropy at Rethink Ireland. 

At Rethink Ireland, Caitlin is responsible for fundraising & building partnerships. With the overarching goal of advancing social innovation in Ireland, her role involves the submission of grant proposals, communications with current and prospective donors, and event logistics for the Innovators Circle. Her particular interest lies in the design of new initiatives that leverage technology for social good in the non-profit sector. 

Previously, Caitlin worked at the non-profit International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), implementing a variety of international journalism programs to uplift press freedom around the world. She has a dual-degree in Global Studies (Middle East & South Asia) and Italian Studies, with a minor in Data Science, from the University of Virginia.
