Clare is a Fund Manager and Interim Head of Social Enterprise at Rethink Ireland, bringing a passion for sustainability, social impact, and strategic communication to the team.

Before joining Rethink Ireland, Clare spent several years working in marketing for large multinational companies. Drawn to the social impact sector, she later contributed her expertise to an education-focused NGO in Ireland where she was leading the organisations initiatives in Ireland. Outside her role at Rethink, Clare lends her voice to social causes as a board member of a Women’s Refuge, where she supports fundraising and PR initiatives.

Clare holds a BSc in Equine Science from the University of Limerick, a Diploma in Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainability Leadership in Business.

When she’s off duty, you’ll often find Clare exploring the globe (often in the company of an animal!), practicing yoga, scaling mountains, swimming in the sea, running, or cycling—it’s rare to catch her standing still.
