Our goal is to find and back Ireland’s best and most promising social enterprises. Social enterprises are focused on social, societal or environmental change, rather than maximising profits for their owners or shareholders.

Rethink Ireland have invested €29.4 million in social enterprise since 2016, supporting 258 projects that have reached more than 685,500 people. We have launched 19 funds and delivered additional supports in that time.

We believe social enterprises can lead the transition to a more inclusive, sustainable and green economy.
